General Terms and Conditions for all packages and services:
* Above packages are available only for non-corporate and non-government guests. We can create customized packages for corporate and government sponsored events.
* Reservation: 50% of the total package amount is required to be deposited or transferred to our BDO or BPI Savings Account three (3) working days after making a booking OR two (2) days before check-in date, whichever is earlier and applicable. Remaining balance is payable at the hotel upon check-in.
* Children 2 years old and below are free of charge. Children 3 years old and up have the same rate as adults.
* All packages DO NOT include the transportation fee, Puerto Galera Environmental Fee (P50/person) and the Puerto Galera Exit Fee (P10/person).
* After the guest has performed a deposit and we have verified that the amount has been reflected in our bank account, we will email the Reservation Confirmation Letter.
* Standard Check-in/out time: 1PM/11AM
Early Check-in is possible only if the room is already available when the guest arrives at the hotel. If it's not possible to check-in early, the guest may leave his stuff in a secure place inside the hotel and proceed with his activities while waiting for his room to be available.
Late check-out is only possible if the room is not reserved by other guests on the check-out date. Hotel will only know if the room is reserved or not in the morning of the guest's check-out date. Late check-out is chargeable. Please take note that the last boat trip from Puerto Galera to Batangas Pier is at 3PM.
* The hotel follows a no-refund policy. For whatever reason, be it bad weather or an emergency, guest may re-schedule his trip to another pre-agreed date or guest may transfer his reservation to another person. Request for reschedule or transfer should have an email approval from the hotel.
* The hotel has NO control over the boat trip schedule. It is managed and controlled by the shipping lines and the Ports Authority. Any delay to the boat trips is not the responsibility of the hotel. Guests are advised to travel in the early morning particularly during Holy Week, Long weekends, and Saturdays during summer to reach Batangas Pier Terminal 3 early and catch the morning trips.
